This notice describes the public website at perspektivencheck.storybogen-media.com. A separate access-protected test environment is used solely for preparation and testing. 2. Hosting and security Cloudflare Pages serves this static website. Cloudflare processes IP addresses, requested resources, timestamps, browser, connection and security information as necessary for delivery, operation and abuse prevention. Our processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in an available and secure website. The website code creates no server logs of its own; provider-side logging is separate. Cloudflare, Inc., affiliated companies and subprocessors may process data. Cloudflare’s standard agreement incorporates its Data Processing Addendum for personal customer content. Its privacy policy also describes processing for its own purposes. Provider retention depends on purpose and necessity, legal obligations, security needs and establishing or defending claims. International processing Cloudflare and Google operate international infrastructure. Processing outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States, is possible; EU-only storage is not promised. Cloudflare’s DPA describes the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses for relevant restricted transfers. Google describes adequacy mechanisms, the Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. Email enquiries When you email storybogen.media@gmail.com, we process your sender address, message and any name, attachments and technical email data to handle and answer your enquiry. General correspondence is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries voluntarily addressed to us. Article 6(1)(b) may apply to actual pre-contractual enquiries. Emailing us does not constitute consent to advertising. We use free consumer Gmail. Google Ireland Limited and other Google companies involved in providing the service process data under Google’s terms and privacy policies. No Google Workspace processing agreement is claimed. Gerrit Broehenhorst is the only operator-side mailbox user; no additional email programs are used. Inspected settings show no forwarding or delegated users, and POP is disabled. General enquiries are deleted after final handling when no further questions are expected. Longer retention requires a specifically documented necessary purpose or a legal obligation. A monthly check identifies overlooked completed correspondence; it does not create an additional retention period. This covers sent replies, attachments and operator-held copies. Archiving is not deletion. Gmail retains deleted messages in Trash for up to 30 days unless permanently deleted earlier. Google describes technical deletion as usually taking approximately two months, with encrypted backups retained for up to six months; legal and security exceptions may apply. Simply visiting the website does not send a message to Google. The email link opens the email application selected on your device. Videos and external links At launch, available language-specific YouTube videos are provided solely as external links. No YouTube players or external video thumbnails are loaded. Visiting an article therefore makes no YouTube request through our video feature. Opening an external link takes you away from this website; the provider then processes data under its own policies. Cookies, analytics and protected preview Our website code sets no cookies, uses neither localStorage nor sessionStorage, and contains no advertising, visitor analytics, newsletters, contact forms or remotely loaded fonts. Necessary hosting-provider security functions are separate; security checks may process technical information. The separate private preview uses Cloudflare Access with an email one-time code, a 30-minute session and security/session cookies. For Zero Trust Free, Cloudflare documents 24 hours of Access-log retention and 18 months of admin-log retention. Your rights Subject to applicable legal conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, particularly to processing based on legitimate interests.
